Nothing. it just shows how slow or fast the machine is running. if it stays the same its slow if it flashes its quite fast

i have my xbox 360 for over 5 years now…not a single problem..except last week..i saw 4 red lights on my xbox 360..
I know the 3 red lights means bye bye 360…but is the 4 red lights also bye bye?…or is it a connection problem?

it means u have to check ur AV connection ,audio video, the cable may need to be replaced

The lights on the dashboard of my Xbox 360 are flashing red, only the upper right quadrant of the circle is not flashing, meanwhile the power supply light is green, help? Should I get a new Xbox 360 or should I send it in for repairs?
I’ll be more specific, the power supply light is yellow when it is off, but when I turn it on the Xbox 360, it is green, and it still flashes the 3 red lights.

If it isn’t causing any problems while playing on it, it’s not a big deal for now, but if you get those lights, that means that there is or will soon be a problem. You can send in your xbox for repairs by calling 1800-4MY-XBOX. its free as long as you have a warranty, and if you don’t, you can get it any time for like $ 30 and that lasts i think 2 years. i would just send it in now before things get worse. you will get it back in about 2 weeks.

I was playing GTA 4 when all of a sudden it cut out and I got the 3 red lights of doom. Might be worth mentioning I had a thunderstorm around the same time it cut out. Also I am connected wirelessly, and my internet went down, so maybe it was a hardware failure of my bridge? I turned it back on after this and it crashed in the same place again. Then the third time it worked okay. Please post any suggestions or advice.

hello guys few mins ago when i just turned on my xbox 360 console (jasper unit) I suddenly got 3 flashing red lights… I was shocked i buyed xbox 360 yesterday …wow amazing :O ..but when i reconnected everything including power adapter and everything..it started normally..so what may be the problem ?? power failure or what..should i send it to microsoft for check ?
Thx in advance please help ….me new to 360 owned ps2 for 10 years new to this stuff
